ALL 4 NATURAL HEALTH Attaining Good Health Naturally

Hope you are having a good day so far. As promised, All 4 Natural Health is primed for quite a bit of growth this mid-year (and hopefully beyond).

Today, the topic in question is cancer and diet. What and how can we eat to help lower our risk of this dreaded disease? Some articles are linked to, below.

Here, I would like to make a point. In the food and nutrition world, and even among natural health advocates, there is actually quite a lot of disagreement and even controversy on what is good and what is bad for us. Perhaps the biggest one is on meat-eating - some say we must stay off animal foods to stay healthy, some say we must have it to enjoy good health (and that vegan diets cause ill-health!), some say we need a little animal foods, while some say different body types need different diets. So, which is the best diet? It all can get rather confusing and overwhelming.

Over time, I hope to provide more information on various dietary protocols. In the meantime, please bear in mind that every article on diet and nutrition you read on All 4 Natural Health comes from a certain angle; it is important that you keep this perspective in mind.

And, rather than harp on differences, we should focus on the commonalities. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, especially organic and raw ones; avoid processed foods; and eat foods which are as natural, whole and organic as possible (even meat-eating advocates say we should eat organic and free-range animals, which makes perfect sense given the amount of chemicals which are fed to and injected into conventionally-raised animals).
