ALL 4 NATURAL HEALTH Attaining Good Health Naturally

Issue 09/020

Due to degenerate diets and lifestyles, hypertension, a condition of elevated blood pressure, has become a very prevalent health condition today. Even adolescents have been found to have the condition (and a host of other health ailments).

The big problem with high blood pressure is that it is a direct cause of strokes and heart attacks, which claim thousands of lives every year. In conventional medicine, medications are used to control the condition by artificially keeping blood pressure low. That is, at best, a short-term fix, because the underlying reasons for high blood pressure is not even remotely taken care of.

The good news is that hypertension is almost entirely preventable and reversible simply through some basic lifestyle and dietary changes.
