Healing With Whole Food

by Webmaster, All4NaturalHealth.com

We all need food and nutrition. And healing with whole food is something which is common to virtually all, if not all, the natural health and healing modalities which I have ever come across.

Yes, natural healers almost always encourage us to eat healthy whole foods, foods which are obtained fresh and in their wholesome form from Mother Earth.

On the flip side, I have not come across a natural healer worth his salt who encourages the consumption of refined and processed foods. In fact, items such as refined salt, refined flour, refined sugar, refined grains, etc are usually placed on a "not-to-be-eaten" list.

Whole foods virtually always the foundation of natural health and healing. Being in their most pure and natural form, they are nutritionally most complete, and the human body loves them. Yes, whole food nutrition is clearly superior.

You may not realize it, but a lot of processed and refined foods wreak havoc within our bodies. Our sugar and insulin levels go crazy, we become nutritionally deficient, and our immune systems have to work so much harder to clear up the damage. In the long-term, those bad foods directly breed serious illnesses.

It is no coincidence at all that many people experience vibrant health and wondrous healing, sometimes even from supposedly incurable diseases, after they switch to a diet of natural whole foods. Seriously, the impact of whole foods health benefits as well as the medicinal benefits of whole foods cannot be underestimated.

You see, when we cut out the harmful substances found in many processed and refined foods, and then introduce nutritionally complete and power-packed foods, our bodies are then slowly able to reverse its diseased state and heal itself. This is one of the fundamental principles of natural health and healing.

Stories and personal accounts of healing with whole foods are described all over - on websites, forums, videos, books, etc.

To truly experience the powerful health benefits of whole food, though, there is only one possible way - to try it for yourself. By increasing the amount of natural, healthy whole foods you have in your diet - better still, ramp it up to 100% of your diet - I am certain you will feel better, and experience better health and vitality all round.

If you have not already done so, I recommend that you read the rest of the section on understanding nutrition, as well as read up a little on herbs and herb remedies.
