Yogi Detox Tea - Ingredients, Health Benefits, Feedback

On this page, you will learn about the yogi detox tea, including its ingredients and health benefits, as well as some general feedback from its users.

In the world of natural health, using detoxification systems and protocols is becoming increasingly popular. From foot spas for your feet to detoxification diets, importance is being placed on ridding your body of harmful toxins in order to benefit your overall health.

There are now even detoxification teas on the market which claim to be beneficial in terms of cleansing your body. And out of the many of such detoxifying teas which are available, the yogi detox tea is one of them.

Some experts say that in order to keep a healthy system, detoxification should be carried out at least twice a year. However, that is referring to a complete detoxification protocol that would wipe out the toxins from all over your body. When you use a tea as a detox agent, such as the yogi detoxification tea, you can detoxify more frequently. By doing this, your immune system is supposed to be boosted and your overall health improved.

Green tea has been used as a detoxifying tea in the past. It is also used as a tea to encourage weight loss because it's good at flushing out your system, or something along those lines.

The yogi detox tea is a combination of the herbs burdock and dandelion, as well as juniper berries, ginger, and pepper. The juniper berries assist in kidney functioning while the trikatu, the combination of pepper and ginger, helps increase your blood flow.

Other ingredients in the tea are Japanese honeysuckle, organic cardamom seed, black cohosh root, rhubarb root, Asian psyllium seed, cork tree bark, Chinese amur, organic licorice root, Jamaican sarsaparilla root, cinnamon bark, natural cinnamon flavor, organic clove bud, Chinese goldenthread root, skullcap root, and winter melon seed.

By drinking the tea, your immune system is supposed to be cleared. Other health benefits include revitalizing your system so that you don't feel so tired, as well as boosting your metabolism. The company places an emphasis on "the three pungents", which include ginger, black pepper, and long pepper. These are meant to help filter your organs and eliminate toxins from your body.

Yogi, the company that produces the yogi detox tea, is based out of Eugene, Oregon, and has been in business for more than 35 years. They also produce organic cereals, natural foods, and other herbal teas.

The feedback for the yogi detox tea is generally good. Most people appear to like the taste and have noticed a change in their energy levels. In addition to drinking it in order to detoxify the body, some reviewers state that it is a good beverage to drink when you feel the onset of a cold or flu.

While there are no scientific or clinical studies to review that prove the effectiveness of the product, it does contain some ingredients that are known antioxidants. For that reason, it does appear as though it could be a good way to boost your immune system and get rid of toxins.

The yogi detox tea is not a strong diuretic, so you can have up to 10 tea bags a day. You can also drink it up to 30 days at a time. It should be noted, however, that women who are pregnant or nursing should not drink the tea without first consulting with their health care practitioners.
