How to Treat Gingivitis Naturally - Remedies and Treatments

Are you wondering how to treat gingivitis naturally?

Gingivitis can be a serious form of gum disease, but it is often preventable and treatable, if caught early enough.

Although paying a visit to your dentist can be important, there are also things that you can do yourself, at home, to treat gingivitis in a more natural way.

Herbal Remedy from the East

For mild cases of gingivitis, you can take a cue from the Orient and create your own mixture of herbs to apply to your teeth and gums. Mix 2 parts of white oak bark herb, 3/4 part of peppermint leaves, 1 part myrrh, 1/8 part of clove, and 1/2 part of anise and grind together. You can add just a touch of water in order to make a slight paste out of this, and use it at least once a day by applying it to your gums.
