Though it is generally quite difficult to pinpoint the precise cause of a headache, including an anxiety headache, we do know certain things that tend to cause them. The best way to avoid anxiety-related headaches is by making an effort to maintain a balanced lifestyle, and a relaxed, peaceful state of mind.

There are a variety of natural ways to deal with anxiety, which can in turn prevent headaches. Natural ways of dealing with and preventing headaches are also likely to be useful for individuals who suffer from anxiety or tension headaches. Learning ways to cope with anxiety before a headache develops will truly improve the occurrence of these painful episodes.
