Juice cleansing promises to not only clean your body's hardworking system, but to also help you improve your health and lose weight simultaneously.
Often, the body seems to signal hunger when in fact the mind misinterprets the signal for thirst. One may be much more likely to be dehydrated than hungry. The solution in part when going on the juice detox diet lies in drinking a nutritious juice blend rather than reaching for a snack or even bingeing.
