A note about Natural Hemorrhoid Cures - Alternative Remedies

In natural health and healing, we believe in holistic health and healing, as we realize that different parts of the human body are highly interlinked, often beyond Man's understanding. We also believe that the body has the ability to heal itself of any disease, even supposedly incurable diseases.

In order to do so, the body needs the support of some basic dietary and lifestyle good health habits, such as a full body detox and a proper understanding and application of nutrition. No matter how remote or unrelated a health condition may seem, these fundamental health steps will greatly magnify the effects and benefits of any of our health-promoting efforts, including the use of specific natural health remedies.

In many cases, hemorrhoid symptoms can become so severe that people will choose to have surgery to take care of them. The thing is that there are safe, natural hemorrhoid remedies that you can use for yourself that don’t require surgery or pills of any kind.

For many people, the idea of having surgery again and again for their hemorrhoids can be frustrating. That’s why it’s important to look into other ways to cure current hemorrhoids and prevent future flare ups. As you probably know, hemorrhoids are usually caused from struggling too hard to have a bowel movement, pregnancy and delivery, as well as being overweight.

In the case of pregnancy and delivery, the problem will usually solve itself once the hormones are back to normal levels and the woman is no longer pregnant. In the case of straining too hard due to chronic constipation, future hemorrhoid flare ups can usually be resolved by adding fiber to your diet, which will help to ease bowel movements. There are, however, other things that you could try to help cure current hemorrhoid issues and prevent future flare ups.

Here are some possible natural hemorrhoid cures.

  • Consider yoga as a natural hemorrhoid cure. Try the “candle pose” for starters. Lay down on your back with your feet together, hands at your side. Push on the ground with your hands to help you slowly raise your legs to a 90 degree angle (90 degrees between legs and ground). When you’ve done this, slowly raise your back to the same angle. Hold for 10 seconds and then let your body slowly come back to the floor. By repeating this pose at least four times daily, you will help to reduce the amount of pressure being put on the pelvis and rectal area as well as strengthen the back and core muscles.

  • Another beneficial pose for a hemorrhoid cure or remedy is the “head stand” pose, which also helps to remove pressure from the pelvis and rectal area. Start by kneeling on a padded mat and then placing your head on the mat. Use your hands to support yourself and take some of the pressure off your head and neck as you raise your body into a headstand position. You should keep your hands behind your head. You should only hold this position for about 30 seconds, and you shouldn’t do it more than once daily.

  • Another possible natural hemorrhoid cure that is often used is acupuncture. Don’t worry - it’s usually in your ear. Acupuncture has been found to work when a seven star acupuncture needle stroke is used to stop developing hemorrhoids or ease the symptoms of hemorrhoids. There are nerve endings in the ear that are said to be linked to the anal and rectal area of the body, as well as to the large intestine, spleen and brain. Your acupuncture professional will target your hemorrhoids and perform the proper types of treatment to not only ease your hemorrhoid symptoms, but also help cure them.

Before you go rushing under the knife looking for a hemorrhoid cure, you really should consider a more permanent and less expensive remedy for them. By changing your diet, getting more exercise and practicing general wellbeing by doing things such as yoga and acupuncture, you can cure your hemorrhoids for good.
