Natural Kidney Cleansing and Detoxification Programs
Kidney cleansing is important because it is hard to find organs that are more overstressed by the modern lifestyle.
Most people consume vastly inadequate amounts of healthy liquids, and consume very large amounts of unhealthy liquids such as soda pop and large quantities of caffeine. Because of this, most of the "natural healing" measures that people take to help support their kidneys are akin to trying to secure a semi truck with balls of twine from the dollar store.
As with any powerful detox program, kidney cleansing must be done as part of a larger program of detoxification, an effective program of natural healing. Most "detox" programs focus on standalone routines. When you use routines together in a program, the result is a symbiotic one. That is, the program is far more powerful than the sum of its parts. When you use routines in a standalone fashion, the results are often greatly diminished.
The kidneys are one of the main organs of elimination, second only to the colon. Thus, kidney cleansing is part of the foundation of any powerful detox program. The other essential part of any detox program is effective colon cleansing. Without powerful colon cleansing, the effectiveness of all other detox routines will be significantly diminished.
Foundational guidelines for a natural kidney cleanse routine
Consume approximately 1 gallon of total liquid each day. This includes water, herbal teas, and juices. The ideal juices are fresh and organic, because the nutritional content of produce decreases most drastically as a result of processing and from the loss of freshness.
Organic produce is ideal in order to avoid the large amounts of commercial chemicals that accumulate in the produce. The majority of commercial chemicals tend to be in the peel, or the surface layer of the produce, and the peels usually contain a significant portion of the nutrients.
Consuming ample amounts of healthy liquids is a critical part of kidney flushing.
To achieve maximum results from a detox program, it is very important to eliminate substances that will place stress on the kidneys. This includes liquids such as carbonated sugar drinks, caffeine, and alcohol. Liquids such as dairy, processed juices, juice cocktails, commercial herb teas, and snack drinks from health food stores are best minimized as much as possible.
Some drinks are worse than others, but even the liquids that are not especially harmful will displace liquids that are actually beneficial. While on a detox, it is ideal to consume only liquids that will actually assist in the kidney cleansing process.
A Powerful Kidney Flush Routine
This routine was developed and used as a part of one of the most powerful natural healing programs in modern times. When used properly, this routine is one of the most powerful kidney cleansing routines that you can do.
As mentioned before, this routine needs to be used in conjunction with other cleansing routines, as part of a larger program. This routine can be alternated with a liver / gallbladder cleansing routine, or any other routine that requires drinking very large amounts of teas, because there is a practical limit to how much tea a person can consume in a day without being on the toilet constantly.
However, any routine, such as this kidney cleansing routine, should be done continually for at least 5-10 days. In other words, don't do it for 1-2 days, switch to another routine for a couple of days, and then switch back to the kidney routine for a couple of days.
The basic outline of this kidney cleansing routine is as follows:
While on the kidney cleansing program, start each morning off with a kidney flush drink (ingredients given below). Approximately 15 minutes after drinking the flush, drink an additional 16-24 ounces of a strong kidney tea, along with 2 dropperfuls of a strong kidney formula.
The reason for using both teas and alcohol based extracts is that alcohol and water both absorb some plant chemicals that the other cannot. Drink an additional 2-4 cups of kidney tea throughout the rest of the day. Ideally, add a dropperful of kidney formula to each cup of tea.
Also keep in mind that the quality of herbs can vary greatly, and using inferior herbal products that are usually found on the market will yield vastly inferior kidney cleansing results.

The formula for kidney & bladder cleansing tincture is:
Thousands of people with especially stubborn kidney stones have dissolved and flushed them using natural healing programs. The kidney cleanse and detox routine given above, if used correctly, will be the only kidney cleansing that most people will ever need.
Another Kidney Detoxification and Cleansing Routine
The following routine has been used by natural healers like Dr. John Christopher and Dr. Richard Schulze for people with especially difficult cases of kidney stones. According to the programs they used, this formula is very powerful for dissolving stones, soothing inflamed tissues in the kidney / bladder tracts, and facilitating smooth releases of stones that did not get completely dissolved.
The kidney cleansing and detox routine is as follows.
Mix the herbs together, and place half of the mixture in each quart of apple juice. Each quart of juice is in a separate container. Soak these two containers of mixture in a cool place out of the sun overnight. In the morning, bring them both to a boil, and then simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Cover and place in a cool and dark place.
On the first day of this kidney cleansing and detoxification routine, you will consume an entire quart of the apple juice-herb mixture that was just simmered, at the rate of approximately 2 ounces per waking hour. It is important to consume it evenly over the entire day. It is also important to consume purified water, fresh juice, and the kidney & bladder formula given above, to total approximately 1 gallon per day.
On the second day of this kidney detox and cleanse routine, take the second quart of apple juice-herb mix that was soaking, and drink this over the next two days. You will drink 16 ounces per day, evenly over each waking hour. If you are awake for 16 hours per day, then you will be drinking 1 ounce per hour, on both the second and third day. As usual, consume purified water, fresh juice, and kidney & bladder formula.
On the fourth day of this kidney cleansing program, do a complete liquid fast, where you consume 64 ounces of purified water, and 64 ounces of fresh juices.
During this 4-day routine, only vegan foods should be consumed (except day 4, which consists of a complete liquid fast). Raw fruits and vegetables are better, and fresh juices are best. A vegan diet is not necessarily ideal all the time, but it is important for this routine.
Kidney and bladder teas can always be consumed during this kidney cleansing program. This routine can be repeated as many times as is needed, but most people will not need more than one round.
