A note about Natural Wart Removal Home Remedies
In natural health and healing, we believe in holistic health and healing, as we realize that different parts of the human body are highly interlinked, often beyond Man's understanding. We also believe that the body has the ability to heal itself of any disease, even supposedly incurable diseases.
In order to do so, the body needs the support of some basic dietary and lifestyle good health habits, such as a full body detox and a proper understanding and application of nutrition. No matter how remote or unrelated a health condition may seem, these fundamental health steps will greatly magnify the effects and benefits of any of our health-promoting efforts, including the use of specific natural health remedies.
This growth is generally small, flesh in color, and presents no immediate danger (non-cancerous). It is simply the result of the HPV being present in the body. Oftentimes, warts disappear on their own once the virus has run its course - anywhere from a month to several months, with no treatment whatever.
The use of home remedies and natural treatments is ever on the rise. They most often use products or foods found around the home, including herbs (milkweed, calendula, garlic) or other botanicals (dandelion oil, tea tree oil), and range from vinegar to a banana peel.
Here are some useful wart removal home remedies.
Aloe has been used as a wart treatment throughout the ages, either applied directly from the plant leaves or in a topical cream form. A drop of essential oil made from lemon oils can be applied directly to the wart, or the white sap from milkweed used directly from the plant can be effective.
Calendula has well known anti-viral properties. When prepared into a strong tea, you can drink it as well as apply it to the warts.
Garlic is another of the potent herbal wart removal home remedies. This herb also has powerful anti-viral properties and works well when crushed and made into a poultice to be applied to the warts. Cover with a bandage and leave for 24 hours. A blister forms in most cases, and within a week the wart is ready to fall off.
What other natural wart removal home remedies are there?
Use vitamin E oil twice a day by pricking a capsule and spreading the oil on the wart and surrounding skin. Cover the area to seal in oil before going to bed and when you awake each morning for several days before letting the wart dry out. At this time, take an emery board and file the wart down. Repeat this process if necessary.
Rubbing tea tree oil on warts for 7 to 10 days has been acclaimed as a good home wart removal treatment. Warm castor oil applied to the wart then covered and repeated three times a day has been as well. For this remedy, the area must be treated in this manner until the wart dissolves. This takes about a week.
The use of duct tape is another of the wart removal home remedies that has become popular and has a good track record. Cut a piece of the tape to just fit over the wart and leave it covered about a week. The wart is said to shrivel up and dry out, with any remains coming off on the tape when removed. This method was reported in a publication called Archives of pediatrics & Adolescent medicine and also mentioned filing with an emery board or pumice stone when allowed to dry to remove any remains. This treatment can be repeated as needed.
Anytime there is a possibility there is immune support necessary, do not hesitate to do what you can to help - this is an important element of using natural wart removal home remedies. Supplements of anti-oxidants and vitamins A, C, and E as well as the B complex will help greatly, as will drinking plenty of good water to keep the system flushed of toxins.
