Natural Health Healing is Usually Free or Relatively Inexpensive

Natural Health Principle No. 7

Natural health healing modalities are usually free or relatively inexpensive when compared with conventional medical treatment.

The most basic natural health methods, for example getting sunshine, drinking more pure water and exercising more, are actually free, or almost free.

Of course, with the development of technology, many modern devices have been built to help detoxification, improve circulation or strengthen the immune system. Many of these natural health modalities and products, especially the electrical ones, do not come cheap.

Sometimes, herbal products and other supplements also cost quite a bit.

However, compared to expensive drugs and surgical procedures, natural health methods are usually still relatively inexpensive. And, let's not forget, many drugs are made based on herbs in the first place.

In general, I would say that those who embrace natural health and healing are less profit-driven than the drug industry, though, of course, this would not be true 100% of the time, as there are also many opportunists, even cheats, who sell ineffective or fraudulent natural health products.

Natural Health Principle No. 7

The seventh natural health principle is that natural health and healing is usually free or relatively inexpensive.
